Terms & Conditions

Payment is to be received no later than 8 pm on the day before the cleaning appointment. Payment should be made through the invoice payment portal.

 

You can cancel anytime and receive a full refund as long as it is at least 24 hours before the cleaning appointment. Short-notice cancellations (less than 24 hours before the appointment) are subject to a fee of 50% of the invoice's value.

A fee waiver is available for personal and medical emergencies, provided we receive documentation.

Since we reserve the appointment time spot, especially for you, the fee will be used to pay our cleaners that would otherwise be cleaning for another customer.
